Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 2 bags of cheese (Edam) or 400 g fresh Pecorino, grated
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 450 ml water
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp Fondor
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ packs of sauce powder (extra instant gravy)
  • 400 ml Hollandaise sauce or light Hollandaise sauce (Tetra Pack)
  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 jar Puszta salad

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

First, finely dice the onions and place them in a bowl. Pour in the oil and sprinkle the various spices over them. Let them marinate well for about 15 minutes, then fry them in a preheated pan until translucent. Now add the minced meat and fry vigorously. After about 2 minutes, add the Puszta vegetables (if you like, you can also make these yourself). Deglaze everything with water and milk. Pour in the vegetable stock and simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Then stir in the gravy and thicken to the desired consistency, if desired. In the meantime, cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions. Now, in a baking dish, first lay out a layer of tagliatelle (about half of the total). Pour the minced meat sauce over it, and then another layer of tagliatelle. Spread the cheese over it and finally drizzle with the hollandaise sauce evenly. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
