Baked ham rolls

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 small onion(s), chopped
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • some marjoram, dried
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • some garlic granules
  • 10 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 bottle of Cremefine (Rama) for cooking
  • 1 tbsp herbs of your choice, dried
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix the minced meat with the chopped onion, salt, pepper, mustard, ketchup, raw egg, marjoram, breadcrumbs, and garlic granules and form 10 small sausages. Brown them all over in hot oil and let cool slightly. Roll each sausage in a slice of cooked ham and place in a baking dish with the opening facing down. Mix the Cremefine with the herbs and pour over the rolls. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake everything for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C. Serve with rice, fries, or potato wedges.
