Ingredients

  • 2 packet Quark 40%
  • 50 g Flour
  • 60 g Durum wheat semolina
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • Vanilla sugar, sugar, breadcrumbs, butter, oil

Instructions

  • Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Mix eggs and sugar until foamy, then add flour and durum wheat semolina and stir well. Finally, the quark can also be added! Now dumplings are cut off and placed in the boiling water. They are allowed to brew for about 5 minutes.
  • During the steeping time, the ingredients are mixed well for rolling and a pan with butter and oil (one part butter two parts oil) is placed on top. Take out the drawn Nocker, drain well and roll in the "breading". Then fry in the oil and butter mixture until golden brown. Finished! Delicious with vanilla sauce, cherries and apple-pear compote.
