Ingredients for 40 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 75 g butter, melted
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g quark
  • 300 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • Lard, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a dough from the listed ingredients. Heat the lard. Use two spoons to scoop out small balls and fry them in the fat, turning them several times.
