Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g sugar
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 250 g flour
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Make a batter from the dough ingredients. Heat oil to 170°C and add 2 teaspoons of the small balls to the hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Don’t bake too many balls at once, as they will expand during baking. Drain well on kitchen paper.
