Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), natural or vanilla
- 200 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Carnival without eggs and milk; for 20 Mutzen
Mix the dry ingredients, then add the soy yogurt and knead into a dough. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 180°C or in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of batter at a time and fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Drain the doughnuts on a kitchen towel and, once cooled, dust with powdered sugar. Makes about 20 doughnuts.
