Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 1 kg flour
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 3 packets of baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Knead everything together thoroughly. Pour into a large bread pan or two 30 cm loaf pans. Bake at 200°C for 60-70 minutes. Cover if necessary.
