Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1,250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 60 g semolina
- 1 can/n peach(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the quark and eggs thoroughly. Mix all the remaining ingredients except the fruit together and fold into the quark mixture. Pour half of the quark mixture into a springform pan lined with baking paper. Drain the fruit well and spread it over the quark mixture. Then spread the remaining quark mixture over the top. Bake on the middle rack at 180 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes.
