Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 150 g sugar, alternatively sweetener
  • 2 sachets of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Combine the quark, egg yolks, sugar (or sweetener), and pudding mix, then fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour this mixture into a well-buttered springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for one hour. Remove the cake from the oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Then carefully loosen it from the sides and turn it out onto a wire rack to cool. You can also add peaches or mandarins. For 12 slices, the value per slice is: 12.9 g protein – 3.7 g fat – 8.9 g carbohydrates.
