Quark cake with strawberries

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g chips, chocolate
  • 125 g butter (half-fat)
  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 4 tbsp sugar (liquid diet sugar)
  • 1 pack of gelatin
  • 600 g strawberries (or fruit of your choice)
  • 12 half strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes

4 WW points per slice of cake

Cake base: Crumble the chocolate chips into a freezer bag. Melt the butter and mix it with the crumbs. Fill the bottom of a springform pan with it and refrigerate. Quark cream: Mix the quark with the sugar (I usually find 4 tablespoons of liquid sweetener is enough). Heat and melt the gelatin according to the package instructions, then fold it into the quark mixture. Place the prepared fruit on the cooled, firm base and pour the quark mixture on top. Let it set in the refrigerator. Finally, place the strawberry halves on top for garnish. For Weight Watchers: Chocolate chips 17 points, semi-skimmed butter 12.5 points, low-fat quark 14 points, liquid sweetener 0 points, gelatin 0 points, strawberries 0 points. Another tip for the average consumer: Of course, you can also make this cake with regular sugar (100 g) and butter or other types of fruit.
