Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g quark, 40%
  • 500 g curd cheese, 50%
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 500 ml whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Gradually add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Grease a 28 cm springform pan and pour the mixture into the pan. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 1 hour.
