  • 20 g desiccated coconut
  • 125 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 20 g honey
  • 20 g oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the banana, halve it lengthwise, and slice it. Toast the desiccated coconut and oats in a dry pan. Mix the quark with the cream and honey. Stir in the desiccated coconut, oats, and bananas.
