Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 20 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ lemon peel
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 g quark
  • 130 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cream butter, sugar, eggs, grated lemon zest, and salt until fluffy. Stir in the quark and flour. Fry small pancakes in hot oil. Sprinkle with sugar and/or serve with fruit compote.
