Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 200 g bratwurst
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 200 g cheese
  • 200 g vegetables, pickled
  • 8 spring onions
  • 1 tsp food coloring

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Fry the sausage thoroughly and let it cool, then slice it. Cut the cheese and vegetables into pieces. Thread sausage, mustard, cheese, and vegetables onto eight skewers, alternating between them. Trim the green parts of the spring onions and cut them into rolls for decoration. Paint faces on the white parts of the spring onions. Thread the ghost heads onto the skewers.
