Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 75 g sugar
  • 250 g quark
  • 25 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the vanilla powder with the milk and sugar. Let cool slightly. Stir in the quark and butter. Pour the cream into a glass bowl. Serve with red fruit compote.
