Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark
- 3 slices of bread (brown bread)
- 1 jar sour cherries
- 80 g sugar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 100 ml cream
- 6 cl rum (straw rum)
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar, 80g sugar, the cream, and the rum. Drain the cherries. Crumble the brown bread into small pieces. Mix the brown bread with 2 tablespoons of sugar. In a glass bowl, first fill the quark cream, then the breadcrumbs, and finally the cherries on top. This dessert is ready to serve.
