Quark dessert with fruit

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • n. B. Fruits, fresh (e.g. currants or cherries), cleaned
  • Pistachios, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious dessert – variable with different fruits

In a bowl, mix the quark with the sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and carefully fold in. Then pour a portion of the mixture into small glasses or bowls, covering the bottom. Add the prepared fruit on top and then cover with another layer of quark mixture. Garnish with the remaining fruit and chopped pistachios.
