Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g cream cheese
- 1 pack of cream cheese with herbs
- 1 small cup of natural yogurt
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ pack of chives (frozen or fresh)
- ½ pack of herb mix (frozen or fresh)
- 10 leaves of basil, large
- Salt
- pepper
- Oil (sesame oil)
- Soy sauce
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 large radish(s)
- 3 bell peppers, yellow, red and green
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 bunch of carrots
- 1 bunch celery, stalks
- 3 kohlrabi
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes
Finely chop or blend the onion, garlic, and basil. Whisk the quark, cream cheese, and yogurt until creamy, then mix well with the onion mix and herbs. Season with salt and pepper and a dash each of sesame oil and soy sauce to taste. It’s best to let the dip sit in the refrigerator overnight for a richer flavor. Serve with the crudités.
