Green Goddess with iceberg lettuce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 60 g spinach, fresh
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 handful of cashews
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil, e.g. avocado oil
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. tortilla chips, for dipping

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces, place it in a bowl, and set aside. Blend the remaining ingredients, except for the tortilla chips, with an immersion blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add to the iceberg lettuce and mix well. It tastes great as a dip with tortilla chips.
