Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 500 g mascarpone
- 170 g powdered sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 700 ml whipped cream, whipped until stiff
- 500 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 150 g chocolate sprinkles, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Mix the low-fat quark, mascarpone, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla sugar well. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture. Hull and puree the strawberries, then add them to the mixture. Finally, sprinkle the white chocolate sprinkles over the strawberry sauce. Please refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
