Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 cups whipped cream
- 2 cups sour cream
- powdered sugar
- 500 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
- sugar, brown
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 20 minutes
very tasty dessert
Place the raspberries in a glass bowl. Whip the cream with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form and fold in the sour cream. Pour the sour cream mixture over the raspberries and finally sprinkle the brown sugar over them in a thick layer. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 5 hours. This can easily be prepared the night before. To limit the amount of raspberry juice in the bowl, you can line the bottom with some ladyfingers, but this isn’t necessary!
