Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark
- 250 g mascarpone
- 4 tbsp sugar, more to taste
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- Cream or milk
- Fruit
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix the quark and mascarpone with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg. Add cream or milk, depending on the desired consistency. Ladle the cream into bowls and top with fruit, if desired. Because of the raw ice cream, the quark dish should always be kept refrigerated if not consumed immediately.
