Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 apples
- 4 cups of yogurt
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Very healthy
Cut the apples into pieces and core them. Then place them in a blender. Add as much cinnamon as you like and blend. Pour the yogurt onto a plate and arrange the blended apples on top. Sprinkle with more cinnamon.
