Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g sugar
  • 250 g quark
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • possibly raisins, rum or bitter almonds

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare a batter from the listed ingredients. Scoop doughnuts with a tablespoon and fry in a deep fryer at 180 degrees Celsius. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
