Crostini with basil and feta cheese cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ciabatta
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 3 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • Pepper, adM
  • 300 g creamy sheep’s cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Puree the basil and olive oil, blend the feta cheese with the crème fraîche until creamy, press the garlic, and mix the cheese cream with the basil mixture and the remaining spices (using a blender). Cut the ciabatta into finger-thick slices, lightly toast them under the preheated grill, spread with the cheese cream, and serve.
