- 3 eggs
- 120 g quark
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Salt
- Spice(s) as desired

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Separate the eggs and whisk together the egg yolks, quark, and baking powder, and season to taste. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Divide the mixture into four equal-sized flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Once cooled, top with your favorite toppings.
