  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp herb cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 2 rolls (protein rolls)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

easy and fast

Finely chop the onion. Scoop out the avocado with a spoon and mash it with a fork. Mix the onion, avocado, salt, and pepper. Add the cream cheese and let it all marinate. Fry the eggs until fried. Fry the bacon. Top the rolls with everything.
