Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 g muesli
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • Fat for greasing the baking tin
  • 1 handful of muesli for sprinkling
  • e.g. raisins or fruits

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without bottom

In a large bowl, mix the quark with sugar, eggs, muesli, pudding powder, and baking powder. If you like, you can add raisins or fruit; for a sweeter dish, add a little more sugar. Grease a large, shallow dish (small baking sheet, casserole dish, or cake tin) and sprinkle with muesli to prevent sticking. Pour in the batter, smooth it out, and sprinkle with muesli to decorate. Bake at 160°C for 30 to 40 minutes. It tastes slightly warm in winter and is also delicious cold from the refrigerator in summer. The generous amount of quark keeps the muesli cake fresh for a long time.
