  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper

Mix the yogurt with the crushed garlic clove and season with salt and pepper. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions and drain. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small pan and stir in the paprika. Warm the yogurt slightly in the microwave on low power. Arrange the tortellini on a plate, pour the yogurt over the tortellini, and finally drizzle with the paprika-flavored butter.
