Quark muesli croissants

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 100 g muesli (fruit muesli)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 125 g quark
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml oil
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with baking foil. Using a dough hook, combine all ingredients until a smooth dough forms. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a circle approximately 45 cm in diameter and cut into 12 cake slices. Roll the slices from the widest edge to the tip. Mix the egg yolk with two tablespoons of milk. Brush the egg yolk over the croissants and sprinkle with fruit muesli. Place the croissants on the baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
