Quark-oil dough plum cake with crumbles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g spelt flour
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 150 g quark 20%
  • 5 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • ½ vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 baking powder
  • some butter, melted, for spreading, optional
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 125 g butter, melted
  • 1 ½ kg plums

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Sheet cake, approx. 20 pieces

Pit and halve the plums. Using a dough hook, combine the spelt flour, sugar, quark, oil, egg, milk, vanilla sugar, salt, and baking powder into a smooth dough. Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with a little butter, if desired. For the crumble, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Place the pitted plums tightly on the base and crumble the crumble over the top. Bake the cake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
