Not so sweet

Knead butter, flour, and curd cheese into a dough. Then let it rest in the refrigerator for one hour. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface. Cut out circles, top with a little jam, and fold one side of the dough over the dough. Or cut out long triangles and shape them into croissants. Brush with beaten egg. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) and bake for about 15 minutes. Dust generously with powdered sugar.
