Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 egg(s), including the yolk for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare a dough from the listed ingredients. Form rolls and brush with egg yolk. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
