Quark rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Knead all ingredients into a dough. To make the dough lighter, you can add a little water. Form the rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make a cross-shaped cut in the top and bake in the oven. They’ll be ready in about 20 minutes; mini rolls will be even quicker!
