Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g wheat flour type 405
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tbsp whipped cream
- some granulated sugar
- n. B. Flour for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
ready in 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Whisk the quark, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt in a bowl with a hand mixer. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Now knead in the flour in portions, first with the whisks, then with the dough hook of a hand mixer. Using two tablespoons, drop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Lightly flour the surfaces of the quark rolls. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 10 minutes. Brush the rolls with cream and bake for another 5 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven. Brush the rolls again with cream and sprinkle with sugar. Then let cool.
