Quark with a twist

Place the quark in a bowl. Stir in enough milk until a creamy, slightly thick mixture forms. Season with salt, pepper, a little sugar, and lemon juice. Finely chop the onion and chives. Dice the bell peppers and tomatoes. Drain the corn well. Add everything to the quark mixture and mix well. The quark goes wonderfully with bread, but also with warm boiled potatoes.
