Quark – sour cream cream with berries and amaretti

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g biscuits (amaretti biscuits)
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g mixed berries, frozen
  • 5 tbsp Cointreau

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 10 minutes

Low-calorie layered dessert

Place the amaretti biscuits in a freezer bag and break them into small crumbs using a meat mallet. It’s okay to have some larger pieces. Combine the quark, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Marinate the frozen berries with the orange liqueur. Pour a layer of cream into a bowl, place the crushed amaretti biscuits on top, and then the berries. Sprinkle the remaining cream on top. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 5-6 hours. Tip: If you don’t like amaretti biscuits, you can leave them out.
