Slim chocolate mousse

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 10 g baking cocoa
  • 1 banana(s), very ripe

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Beat the egg whites until stiff and then stir the cocoa powder into the egg whites with a mixer. For sweetness, it’s important to use a very ripe banana. Mash or puree it and stir it into the egg white mixture. The banana should blend into the mixture. There should be no chunks left in the mousse; everything should have a creamy consistency. The slim dessert is ready and can be eaten immediately or refrigerated. Note: This recipe serves as a base. It’s variable and can be sweetened with honey, stevia, or regular sugar instead of a banana. The main thing is to ensure you get the necessary sweetness, otherwise the cocoa powder will make it taste extremely bitter. Approx. 200 kcal per serving.
