Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter or margarine
  • 80 g sugar
  • 125 g quark
  • 200 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • Fat, for the waffle iron

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For 15 waffles

Beat the butter until smooth, then gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and quark. Then add the flour and baking powder. Finally, stir in the milk. Mix everything well for about 1 minute. Grease the waffle iron, pour in the batter in batches, and bake.
