Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 2 spring onions
- 1 red onion(s), optional
- 1 bunch of chives, about 30 g
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 3 tbsp milk
- Cress, optional

Pour the quark into a small bowl and stir until smooth. Finely slice the spring onions and chives. Add the chives and onions to the quark. If you like a lot of onions, you can also mix in a small, finely chopped red onion. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika and mix everything well. Stir in the lemon juice. Since the quark is quite thick, I add a little milk. If you have cress at home, it’s a wonderful addition to the quark.
