Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pack of crème fraîche
  • 250 g bacon, lean, smoked
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix flour and butter with a little salt and water until the dough no longer sticks to your fingers. If it’s too runny, add a little more flour. Let the dough rest. Line a quiche dish with the rolled-out dough. Cut the bacon into pieces and fry it in butter. Beat the eggs as you would for an omelet. Add the crème fraîche, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and finally the bacon. Pour the mixture over the dough. Bake in the oven at a low temperature (225°C) for 20-30 minutes. Delicious!
