Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g cheese (layered cheese)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Squeeze the cheese mixture thoroughly in a cloth, then mix it with baking soda and let it stand for about 2-3 hours until the mixture is translucent. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, add a little salt and the egg yolk, and then mix it with the cheese. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes until the mixture resembles vanilla pudding. And the whole thing is ready. Enjoy!
