Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 200 g ham
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 5 eggs
- 250 g crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- Butter or olive oil

simple and super quick preparation
Grease a shallow baking dish with butter or olive oil and line it with the puff pastry. Dice the ham and mushrooms and place them on the puff pastry. Beat the eggs with the crème fraîche, salt, and pepper until frothy. Pour over the ham and mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 175°C for about 60 minutes.
