Quiche with Green Asparagus-sucuk-ham and Cheese Gratin

  • 600 gr Asparagus green fresh
  • 1 piece Sucuk
  • 100 gr Smoked ham
  • 6 piece Eggs size M
  • 100 gr Grated cheese
  • 20 ml Natural mineral water
  1. Cut the sucuk into slices and the ham into strips, cut off the woody end of the asparagus and roughly peel it (since I don’t cook it, it will be peeled more tender), stir together the eggs and mineral water.
  2. Let a pan get very hot, fry the sucuk until crispy without adding any fat, remove from the pan and set aside. Do the same with the ham and set aside. Fry the asparagus cut into bite-sized pieces in the fat. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
  3. When the asparagus gets some color, spread the sucuk and the ham on top and pour the egg mixture over it. Let the mass congeal a little at high temperature until you can lift the edge with a spade. Now sprinkle the cheese over it, switch the preheated oven to grill level and bake it all over until the cheese is golden yellow. Since the sucuk and ham are spicy, you don’t need to add any additional seasoning.
