Vegan: Vegetable Munchies – Casserole with Green Asparagus and Vegan Cheese Gratin

Ingredients
 

  • 4 small Vegetable sausages
  • From my supply
  • 15 Poles Green asparagus
  • 200 ml Plant-Based milk
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable salt * to season
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tbsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cut the vegetable sausages into the desired size and place in a baking dish.
  • Peel the asparagus spears (if necessary at all) and place them on top of the ravioli pieces.
  • Put the milk in a jug, stir with the vegetable stock, stir in the pepper and fresh nutmeg, add the whole thing to the asparagus and then spread the cheese on top and cook at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes (the oven was not preheated).
  • * Supplies: Vegetables - Salt
