Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 90 g butter
- 5 eggs
- 250 g whipped cream
- 100 g ham, diced
- 2 large onions
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
for 12 pieces
For the dough, put the flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, the butter in pieces, and an egg in a bowl. Using the dough hook of a hand mixer, quickly knead until smooth, then cover and chill for about 30 minutes. Then spread the dough into a greased tart pan (26 cm diameter), leaving the edges slightly raised. Dice the onions and spread them on the dough, along with the diced ham. Whisk the eggs and cream. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and pour over the onion and ham mixture. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Tip: I used only 50 g of cream instead of 250 g and made up the rest with Cremefine.
