Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 150 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 75 g ham, chopped (or diced), smoked
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ liter of milk
  • possibly mushrooms, fresh, as required
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Quiche without pastry

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and then pour into a greased dish. Add fresh mushrooms, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 30 to 35 minutes (depending on your oven). Serve.
