  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 150 g bacon, diced
  • 250 g shortcrust pastry
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, combine the cheese, bacon, eggs, salt, pepper, and crème fraîche in a large bowl. Then, spread the shortcrust pastry into a round pan. Spread the mixed ingredients over the dough. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
