Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g jacket potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • e.g. mustard, sweet
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick, easy and without much effort

Boil the potatoes in their jackets until slightly tender. Let them cool, then peel and cut into chunks or slices. Add the mayonnaise. Season to taste with sweet mustard and the spices. Tip: If you like, you can add chopped onions or refine the flavor with herbs or vegetable broth.
