Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 large potatoes
  • olive oil
  • e.g. parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Supplement

Wash the potatoes and boil them in the skin-on water until tender. Drain, but do not rinse with water. Peel and cut into bite-sized cubes. Finally, season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and garlic. It tastes best when let it sit for about 2 hours before serving. Tip: I always serve it with fried fish fillet and fresh baguette. It also tastes great with meat dishes.
